1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the WhitePeak website (“Company”, “we”, “us”) and participation in the motorcycle tours organized by us. By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Company Information
WhitePeak is a provider of organized motorcycle tours and related travel experiences. Full legal company details (registered name, address, registration number) are available on the website.
3. Conclusion of Contract
A binding contract between you and WhitePeak is concluded only upon written confirmation of your booking and receipt of payment (full or partial, as applicable).
WhitePeak reserves the right to refuse any booking at its sole discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are expressed in EUR and may include or exclude applicable taxes, as specified.
- A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid within the specified deadline prior to the tour start date.
- Failure to complete payment on time may result in automatic cancellation without refund of amounts already paid.
WhitePeak reserves the right to adjust prices in case of significant external cost changes (e.g. fuel, taxes, exchange rates), in accordance with applicable law.
5. Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy
5.1 Cancellation by the Customer
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.
- Deposits may be non-refundable.
5.2 Cancellation by the Company
WhitePeak reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to:
- adverse weather conditions
- safety concerns
- insufficient number of participants
- force majeure events
In such cases, customers will be offered rescheduling or a refund of payments made, without additional compensation.
6. Participant Requirements
By participating, you declare and warrant that you:
- hold a valid motorcycle driving license
- possess adequate riding experience
- are physically and mentally fit
- comply with all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations
WhitePeak reserves the right to exclude participants who do not meet these requirements, without refund.
7. Liability and Limitation of Liability
Participation in motorcycle tours involves inherent risks. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and assume all such risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhitePeak shall not be liable for:
- personal injury, accidents
- loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
- delays or disruptions caused by external factors
This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, in accordance with EU law.
8. Insurance
Participants are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining:
- valid travel insurance
- medical insurance
- coverage for motorcycle riding activities
WhitePeak may request proof of insurance prior to participation.
9. Changes to Services
WhitePeak reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or other elements of the tour where necessary due to external circumstances, provided that the overall nature of the experience is not materially altered.
10. Code of Conduct
Participants must:
- follow all safety instructions
- respect guides and other participants
- comply with applicable laws
Dangerous riding, substance abuse, or misconduct may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including text, images, logos, and design) is the property of WhitePeak and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
12. Data Protection (GDPR)
WhitePeak processes personal data in accordance with:
